1. 적용 대상
이 약관은 파운더스 노트(Founders note, 이하 "운영자")의 웹사이트 foundersnote.kr과 채널 제작 도구 Founders note studio(이하 "앱")에 적용됩니다.
2. 앱 이용
앱은 유튜브 채널 Founders note의 운영자만 쓰는 내부 도구이며 다른 사람에게 제공하지 않습니다. 앱은 운영자의 동의를 받아 운영자의 채널에 영상, 썸네일, 자막을 비공개로 올립니다.
3. YouTube 서비스 약관
앱은 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 앱을 이용하면 YouTube 서비스 약관에 따르는 데 동의하는 것입니다. 정보 처리는 개인정보처리방침과 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
4. 콘텐츠
채널 영상의 해설과 구성은 운영자가 만듭니다. 영상에 인용한 원본은 설명란에 출처와 인용 범위를 밝힙니다.
5. 투자 관련 고지
채널과 웹사이트의 내용은 정보 제공을 위한 것이며, 특정 종목의 매수·매도 권유가 아닙니다. 투자 판단과 책임은 투자자 본인에게 있습니다. 파운더스 노트는 유료 리딩방·종목 추천·투자 상담을 하지 않습니다.
6. 약관 변경과 문의
약관을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 바뀐 내용과 시행일을 알립니다. 문의는 contact@foundersnote.kr로 보내 주세요.
Terms of Service
1. Scope
These terms apply to the website foundersnote.kr and to Founders note studio (the "app"), both run by Founders note (the "operator").
2. Use of the app
The app is an internal tool used only by the operator of the YouTube channel Founders note and is not offered to anyone else. With the operator's consent, it uploads videos, thumbnails and captions to the operator's channel as private.
3. YouTube Terms of Service
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information is handled under our Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Content
The commentary and structure of the channel's videos are made by the operator. Every quoted original is credited in the video description with its source and the extent of the quote.
5. Investment notice
The channel and this website are for information only and do not recommend buying or selling any security. Investment decisions and their consequences are the investor's own. Founders note does not run paid stock-tip rooms, give stock picks or provide investment advice.
6. Changes and contact
