개인정보처리방침
1. 이 방침이 다루는 것
이 방침은 파운더스 노트(Founders note, 이하 "운영자")가 웹사이트 foundersnote.kr과 채널 제작 도구 Founders note studio(이하 "앱")에서 정보를 어떻게 다루는지 설명합니다.
2. 앱과 이용자
앱은 유튜브 채널 Founders note(@foundersnote)의 운영자만 쓰는 내부 제작 도구입니다. 외부 이용자를 받지 않으며, 운영자 본인의 구글 계정과 유튜브 채널에만 연결됩니다. 앱을 연결할 때 이 방침과 이용약관에 동의를 받습니다.
3. YouTube API 서비스
앱은 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 앱을 쓰면 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것이며, 구글이 처리하는 정보에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
4. 동의를 받아 쓰는 정보
운영자가 구글 계정으로 동의하면 앱은 아래 두 권한만 씁니다.
youtube.upload: 운영자가 만든 영상과 썸네일을 운영자의 채널에 비공개로 올립니다.youtube.force-ssl: 그 영상에 운영자가 만든 자막을 올리고, 연결된 채널의 ID·이름·핸들과 올린 영상의 상태를 확인합니다.
앱은 다른 영상, 댓글, 구독자, 분석 데이터를 읽거나 바꾸지 않습니다. 영상 공개는 운영자가 YouTube 스튜디오에서 직접 합니다.
앱이 저장하는 것은 두 가지입니다.
- 인증 토큰: 운영자 PC의 비공개 폴더에 두고, 운영자가 권한을 철회할 때까지 위 작업에만 씁니다.
- 업로드 기록: 올린 영상의 ID와 업로드 상태입니다. 30일이 지나기 전에 YouTube에서 다시 확인해 새로 고치고, 영상이 없어졌거나 확인할 수 없으면 지웁니다.
5. 동의 없이 쓰는 공개 정보
앱은 다룰 주제를 고르려고 API 키로 공개 유튜브 채널의 정보(채널·영상 ID, 제목, 설명, 게시 시각, 길이, 조회수와 좋아요 수)를 읽습니다. 이 정보는 운영자 PC의 데이터베이스에만 저장하고, 받은 지 30일이 지나기 전에 지우거나 YouTube에서 다시 받아 새로 고칩니다. 영상에 인용한 원본의 주소·제목·채널 이름은 설명란 출처 표기를 위해 해당 작업 폴더에 남깁니다.
6. 이용과 제공
모은 정보는 영상 기획, 제작, 업로드에만 씁니다. 팔거나 광고에 쓰지 않으며, 아래 처리 도구 말고는 누구에게도 주지 않습니다.
- Google(YouTube): 업로드할 때 영상·썸네일·자막을 보냅니다.
- Anthropic(Claude): 주제 순위, 원고 초안, 제작 작업을 처리합니다. 인증 토큰은 보내지 않습니다.
- Telegram: 운영자 본인에게 후보·검토·업로드 알림을 보냅니다.
7. 저장과 보호
앱의 데이터베이스와 작업 파일은 운영자 PC에만 있습니다. 인증 토큰은 그중 공개되지 않는 폴더에 따로 두고, 코드 저장소나 다른 곳에 올리지 않습니다.
8. 권한 철회와 삭제
- 앱에서:
studio.cmd yt-revoke를 실행하면 구글에 토큰 철회를 바로 요청하고, 저장된 토큰과 업로드 기록을 지웁니다. - 구글 계정에서: Google 보안 설정 페이지에서 언제든 앱의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 앱은 매일 토큰이 유효한지 확인하고, 철회된 것을 알면 토큰과 업로드 기록을 지웁니다.
어느 경우든 철회 후 7일 안에 지웁니다.
9. 웹사이트
이 웹사이트는 쿠키, 방문 분석, 광고, 외부 스크립트를 쓰지 않으며 방문자 정보를 따로 모으지 않습니다. 사이트는 Google Firebase Hosting에서 운영되며, 구글이 사이트를 전달하고 보호하는 과정에서 접속 기록(IP 주소 등)을 처리할 수 있습니다.
10. Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책
앱이 구글 API에서 받은 정보를 쓰고 다른 앱으로 보내는 방식은 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요구사항을 포함한 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책을 따릅니다.
11. 문의와 변경
이 주소로 보낸 메일은 메일 전달 서비스 ImprovMX를 거쳐 운영자의 Gmail(Google)로 전달됩니다. 두 곳 모두 해외 사업자이며, 메일을 전달하고 보관하는 과정에서 보낸 사람의 주소와 메일 내용을 처리합니다. 운영자는 이 메일을 답장하는 데만 씁니다.
이 방침을 바꾸면 이 페이지에 바뀐 내용과 시행일을 알립니다.
Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains how Founders note (the "operator") handles information on the website foundersnote.kr and in the channel production tool Founders note studio (the "app").
2. The app and its user
The app is an internal production tool used only by the operator of the YouTube channel Founders note (@foundersnote). It has no outside users and connects only to the operator's own Google account and YouTube channel. The operator agrees to this policy and the Terms of Service when connecting the app.
3. YouTube API Services
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Information processed by Google is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
4. Information accessed with consent
When the operator consents with their Google account, the app uses only these two scopes:
youtube.upload: uploads the videos and thumbnails the operator made to the operator's channel as private.youtube.force-ssl: adds the operator's captions to those videos, and reads the connected channel's ID, title and handle and the status of uploaded videos.
The app does not read or change any other videos, comments, subscribers or analytics. The operator publishes videos manually in YouTube Studio.
The app stores two things:
- Authorization tokens, kept in a private folder on the operator's PC and used only for the tasks above until the operator revokes access.
- Upload records: the ID and upload status of each uploaded video. Before 30 days pass, the app re-checks them with YouTube and refreshes them, or deletes them if the video is gone or cannot be checked.
5. Public information used without consent
To choose topics, the app reads public YouTube channel information (channel and video IDs, titles, descriptions, publish times, durations, view and like counts) with an API key. It is stored only in a database on the operator's PC and is deleted, or refreshed from YouTube, before 30 days pass. For the source credit in each video description, the URL, title and channel name of a quoted original are kept in that video's work folder.
6. Use and sharing
Information is used only to plan, produce and upload videos. It is not sold or used for advertising, and it is not given to anyone except these processors:
- Google (YouTube): receives videos, thumbnails and captions on upload.
- Anthropic (Claude): ranks topics, drafts scripts and handles production tasks. Authorization tokens are never sent.
- Telegram: delivers candidate, review and upload notices to the operator only.
7. Storage and security
The app's database and work files live only on the operator's PC. Authorization tokens are kept separately in a private folder and are never committed to a code repository or uploaded elsewhere.
8. Revoking access and deletion
- In the app: running
studio.cmd yt-revokeasks Google to revoke the token at once and deletes the stored tokens and upload records. - In your Google account: you can revoke the app's access at any time on the Google security settings page. The app checks every day that its token is still valid and, once it finds access revoked, deletes the tokens and upload records.
Either way, the data is deleted within 7 days of revocation.
9. This website
This website uses no cookies, analytics, advertising or third-party scripts and collects no visitor information of its own. It is served by Google Firebase Hosting, and Google may process access logs (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.
10. Google API Services User Data Policy
The app's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
11. Contact and changes
Contact: contact@foundersnote.kr
Mail sent to this address passes through the email-forwarding service ImprovMX to the operator's Gmail (Google). Both are providers outside Korea, and they process the sender's address and the message to forward and store it. The operator uses such mail only to reply.
If this policy changes, the change and its effective date will be posted on this page.
